Subject to payment of costs in the sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to be paid to Defendant No.5 (who is designated by the Defendants as the recipient of the costs) within a period of two weeks from today, and upon furnishing proof of the same to the Registry, the proceedings shall be restored . Since the parties are already before the Supreme Court and a mediator has been appointed, the economic impact of these costs may be factored in during the course of mediation.
