The Interim Application is allowed in terms of the schedule of amendments. Liberty to effect changes before the Registry forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Liberty is also granted to issue Writ of Summons within a period of three weeks from effecting the changes. Once served, the written statement from the Defendants would be expected within a period of 30 days from the receipt of service of the Writ of Summons. 5.

Interim Application is disposed of.
