Mr. Kank, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that through inadvertence the flat number mentioned in the Item No.3, Schedule-I of the Testamentary Petition as well as in the Grant was Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

2026.06.13 17:11:53 +0530 NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL mentioned as 1601 instead of 1602 and that the same has come to light when the Applicant approached the society for transfer of the said flat. 3.

Section 261 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 permits this Court to correct errors, modifying / altering the grant, post grant. Nikita Gadgil 1/2

In view of the submissions made by Mr. Kank, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, I am of the view that the Interim Application be allowed.

Let the Letter of Administration dated 12th April, 2022 be modified.

Let the Flat No. 1601 referred to at Item No. 3 of the Schedule of Assets to the Grant dated 12th April, 2022 be modified / altered to Flat No. 1602 and thereafter, let the altered / modified grant be issued within a period of four weeks.

The Interim Application accordingly stand allowed and disposed as above.
