Subject to payment of Rs. 1 lakh towards costs to be broken up equally among the Defendants, which shall be paid no later than two weeks from today, for the reasons set out in the Application, the proceedings shall be restored. If the costs are not paid as above, there shall be no restoration.

Since the Suit is being restored today subject to the aforesaid condition, an application for vacation of the ad-interim order granted on December 15, 2022, along with an affidavit setting out the grounds therefor, may be filed within a period of four weeks from today. 3.
