22.IA.7262.2025.doc of costs in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Plaintiff, the delay is condoned for the reasons set out in the applications and in the interests of justice to enable adjudication of the controversy.

Such costs shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order. Subject to evidence of such payment having been made, the Registry shall accept the written statement on record. Such written statement shall be filed with the Registry no later than January 9, 2026.

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff objects to the contentions on merits as made in the applications, but that need not detain our attention. The condonation shall not constitute any credence to the contentions on merits.

Subject to payment of costs as aforesaid, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the delay is condoned. Since the written statements have been allowed, the suit will not be treated as an undefended suit.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
