This Interim Application seeks release and payment of amounts due to the Defendants No. 1 and 2 from the Suit account to the Defendant No.1 and to the ex-directors of the Defendant No.2. 2.

Upon a query from the Court as to whether the Plaintiff and the other parties in the matter have been served, Mr. Mohan submits that they have been served and some time be granted to file affidavit of service.
