Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has filed reply to these applications as the petitioners have prayed for condonation of delay in filing arbitration petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is pressing only for prayer clause (a) for extension of time to remove office objection and for the removal of office objection regarding limitation, he shall file an appropriate application.

In view of the aforesaid, the applications are allowed only in terms of prayer clause (a). Time to remove office objections is extended by four weeks from today.

Interim Applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
