Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff in Interim Application No.7391 of 2025 submits that by this application, the Applicant seeks formal amendment to the cause title of the plaint.

Heard learned counsel. Learned counsel for the Defendant does not oppose the application by filing reply. Hence, interim application is allowed in Meera Jadhav

In view of this amendment, the counter claim would also have to be amended. Hence, Plaintiff is allowed to carry out consequential amendment to the cause title of the counter claim. Amendment to the counter claim also to be carried out within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Interim Application No.7391 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of. Plaintiff to file affidavit of evidence, compilation of documents and affidavit of documents within four weeks from today. th January 2026, for directions.
