For the reasons set out in the Application, the Written Statement is directed to be taken on record.

The Interim Application No. 7393 of 2025 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

By an order dated March 30, 2026, directions to remove the belongings in the suit premises and to store them in an appropriate warehouse had been issued. It is the case of the Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff that owing to the nature of the belongings and the scrap nature of the items, the warehouse has refused to store the same in view of fungal and termite infestation.

Therefore, the Plaintiff submits that the inventory is being kept at another location in his own premises, and he seeks leave to dispose of it without waiting for the full period of four weeks from the removal which took place on April 7, 2026.

To enable the Defendant to present his say, stand over to April 15, 2026 at 3.00 p.m.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
