Interim Application (Lodging) No.1786 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) The the delay of about 4 days be condoned in filing the respective Written Statements of the Applicants (i.e. Original Defendant No.1 and

4) notarized on 16/01/2026 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;"
