By an order dated 19th January 2026, Interim Application No. 2480 of 2025 was allowed and the Plaintiffs were permitted to carry out amendment on or before 23rd January 2026 and a copy of the amended plaint was to be served on all the parties on or before 28th January 2026. 2.

Mr. Avinash Joshi, learned Counsel appears on behalf of the Plaintiff and seeks some time to enable the Plaintiff to carry out the said amendment since, he states that the department of this Court requires a copy of the amended plaint to be signed by all the Plaintiffs in person. 48. Homai K. Desai Vs. Adi Alias Ardeshir Irani that since one of the Plaintiffs is a senior citizen and presently residing in Pune, some time is required for this purpose. Time is hereby extended till 13th February 2026 for the newly added Plaintiffs to sign the Plaint. Immediately thereafter on or before 16th February 2026, the Plaintiff shall serve a copy of the amended plaint on all the other parties. 3.
