This Interim Application seeks the following relief: "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant extension of six (6) weeks' time for completion of the cross examination of the Plaintiff Witness 1; and (b) Any other order this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent in the Interim Application does not wish to file affidavit in reply and submits that Interim Application may in fact be allowed, However, a request is that instead of six weeks' time as has been prayed for, a time of four months is granted. Learned counsel submits that the pleadings are extremely voluminous and would require therefore extensive cross-examination. As also the Plaintiff has had 16 claims, each of which would entail a detailed cross-examination. Time to complete cross-examination is extended by way of period four months from today, making it clear that, no further time shall then be granted. 4.
