At the outset, leave is granted to the Applicant to amend the Interim Application and to add a prayer clause seeking condonation of delay in filing the same. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith. Heard both the parties, after perusing the contents of the Interim Application, this Court is satisfied with the reasons set out therein and accordingly, is of the view that the Interim Application is required to be allowed. Accordingly, the following order is passed:

5. Prashant Vs, Anand :: ORDER ::
(i) Subject to the Applicant making payment of a sum of Rs. 15,000/- as costs to Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 on or before 16th February 2026, the delay in filing the present Interim Application is condoned and the impugned order dated 11th September 2025 passed by this Court dismissing the Suit No. 509 of 2017 for non-prosecution is hereby recalled and set aside and all Interim Applications taken out therein and orders passed therein are restored.
(ii) Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the above order.
