This interim application seeks to set aside the order dated 11 th November 2025 by which, the captioned suit came to be dismissed for default, as also to bring on record legal heirs of Defendant Nos.4 and 10. Having due regard to the averments set out in the interim application, in my view, substantive cause has been shown to explain why the Advocate for the Plaintiff was not present on 11 th November 2025. The Defendants are very fairly not opposing the restoration of the suit. Thus, the interim application is allowed, suit is restored to file. The Applicant shall, however, be at liberty to file appropriate application for Meera Jadhav
