INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 7500 OF 2025 1.

The Interim Application seeks the following reliefs: "1.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to change the Sole Arbitrator appointed vide order dated 09/09/2021 in Commercial Arbitration Application (L) No.368 of 2019 having final number as CARAP No. 192 of 2021 and extend time for making the award by further twelve months." 2.

A copy of an email addressed by the learned Arbitrator indicating his resignation has been tendered.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the parties submit that the Court may appoint Justice M. S. Sanklecha, Former Judge of this Court. Hence, I appoint Justice M. S. Sanklecha, Former Judge of this Court. to act as the Sole Arbitrator. The details of Justice M. S. Sanklecha, are as follows: Justice M. S. On a copy of this order being uploaded, learned counsels shall jointly approach Justice M. S. Sanklecha to fix the schedule of arbitration. All the necessary costs, charges and expenses of the Sole Arbitrator shall be borne equally between the parties.

It is clarified that the arbitration proceedings shall continue from the stage at which they were presently at.
