This Interim Application has been filed seeking condonation of 1357 days in filing the Interim Application, for setting aside the Order dated 16th December 2021 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court and to restore Suit (L) No.63 of 2020 and all Applications pending therein to the file of the Court.

I have perused the Interim Application. In my view, for the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same requires to be allowed but subject to payment of costs.

In these circumstances, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b) thereof subject to payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- in the following account:

Now that the Suit is restored, all office objections be removed within a period of four weeks, otherwise, Suit will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
