The Interim Application is filed for restoration of the Petition which is dismissed for non-removal of office objections. There is delay of 348 days in filing the Application. The Application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. However, considering the fact that the Petition has been dismissed for nonremoval of office objections, in my view, an opportunity needs to be granted to the Petitioner to prosecute the Petition on merits. Considering the averments made in the Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Petition is restored subject to removal of all office objections within a period of four weeks. 2.
