By order dated 9th March 2026 Interim Application No. 621 of 2026 filed by defendant no. 3 is partly allowed. By the said order the plaintiff is directed to delete name of defendant no. 3. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that while deleting the name of defendant no. 3, consequential amendments will be required in the plaint. He therefore seeks leave to carry out consequential amendments. 3.
The plaintiff is permitted to carry out consequential amendments in the plaint with reference to deletion of defendant no. 3. Consequential amendments to be carried out within two weeks.

Plaintiff was permitted to delete defendant no. 5 vide order dated 6th January 2025. Reverification was not dispensed with. Amendment carried out pursuant to the said order is not endorsed in terms of Rule 152 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff therefore seeks permission to get the amendments carried out as per order dated 6th January 2025 endorsed through the concerned officer.

Time to complete the amendment, reverification and endorsement as permitted is extended by three weeks. 7.
Necessary amendments pursuant to both the aforesaid orders shall also be carried out in the pending interim applications.
