Mr.Aditya Shiralkar, learned Counsel for the Respondent/ Original Plaintiff, seeks to file and serve the reply. Registry to accept the reply. Let a copy of the same be served upon the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Defendant no.1 in Suit No.255 of 2025. 2.

Mr.Harshad Inamdar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Defendant no.1 in Suit No.255 of 2025, seeks some time to file a rejoinder. Let the rejoinder be filed within a period of two weeks with a copy to the other side.

Mr.Shiralkar requests that since this is a specially assigned matter, this Court may hear the Interim Applications together. 4.

Since Interim Application No.7660 of 2025 has been filed seeking rejection of plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil avk 2/3

Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), list this Interim Application first for hearing on 3rd February 2026 on the Supplementary board. 5.

The other Interim Applications would be heard after this Interim Application is decided.
