On 14th January, 2026, after hearing the learned Counsel, this Court has listed the Interim Application No. 7660 of 2025, seeking rejection of the Plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for hearing today on the Supplementary Board. 3.

However, when the matter is called out, Mr. Inamdar, learned Counsel appears for the Interim Applicant and submits that since he is led by Mr. Dani, learned Senior Advocate, who is in difficulty today, some time be granted in the matter.

Mr. Samdani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff in the Suit has no objection if some time is granted. 5.

List on 9th March, 2026.
