This Interim Application seeks to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased Respondent after condoning the delay of 345 days. 2.
Ms. Nagda, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant/ Petitioner and submits that the delay had occurred in view of the failure on the Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:
2026.06.13 17:11:53 +0530 part of the Advocate of the Respondent to furnish the details of the NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL legal heir / representative of the of the deceased Respondent despite repeated requests and continued follow-up on the part of the Petitioner. 3.
Learned Counsel draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 3 to 7 of the Interim Application and submits that this Court may condone the delay and allow the Application to bring the legal heir of Nikita Gadgil 1/2

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the Application, with her assistance, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out for condoning the delay of 345 days, which is hereby condoned.

The legal heir is permitted to be brought on record in place of the deceased Respondent as per Schedule at Exhibit - D. 6.
Let the amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks. 7.
The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
