Mr. Hitesh Gupta, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Defendant No. 1 tenders an Affidavit-in-Reply dated 20th January 2026 to the present Interim Application preferred by the Plaintiff. A copy of the said Affidavit is handed over to the Plaintiff, who appears in person, in Court today.

Ms. Purnima Megh, Defendant No. 2 is also present in person today and states that she supports the case espoused by her brother, the ------------------------------------- Order dated 20th January 2026

Plaintiff is permitted to file an Affidavit-in-Rejoinder to the reply of Defendant No. 1 on or before 3rd February 2026. 4.

Both parties shall file a detailed note on arguments that they propose to make together with case law(s) that they intend to rely upon. This shall be filed and exchanged between them on or before 13th February 2026.

Place the Interim Application for further consideration on 17th February 2026.
