This application is filed for restoration of the Arbitration Petition which stood dismissed in view of the conditional time granted vide notice dated 26th August 2024 for removing office objections.

I have perused the papers. There is no order on record granting conditional time to removing office objections. Even the common notice granting conditional time to remove office objections is not part of the court record. In the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons stated in the application delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to the learned Advocate for the petitioner removing all office objections within six weeks from today.
