Mr. Nankani, learned senior counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that the entire suit can be worked out, as the Plaintiff has made a claim before the NCLT as part of the scheme, under which, if sanctioned, the Plaintiff shall receive a proportionate amount of its dues.
