Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that she has served the copy of the chamber order for discharge on the plaintiff. She submits that she would intimate the plaintiff regarding the Interim Application No. 7803 of 2025 to enable the plaintiff appear before the court.

Learned counsel for defendant no.2 submits that the private notice was accepted at the Delhi address. Learned counsel for the plaintiff shall therefore, serve the copy of this order on the plaintiff intimating that the authorized representative of the plaintiff shall remain present before the court on the next date.

List the interim application on 6th March 2026. 5.

It is clarified that the interim application filed by defendant nos. 29 and 30 will also be heard on the next date.
