INTERIM APPLICATION NO.7814 OF 2025 The captioned interim application, though strictly not in correct form, is for impleadment of one Farm Junction Marketing Private Limited as Petitioner No.2. The reason for seeking impleadment of Farm Junction Marketing Private Limited is that the trademark in question, since the filing of the petition has been assigned by the original Petitioner-Mr. Rajat Kumar to Farm Junction Marketing Private Limited. Mr. Chheda has invited my attention to a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Farm Junction Marketing Private Limited, by which it is resolved as follows : "Resolved Further that the Company does hereby authorize its impleadment as Petitioner No. 2 in the aforesaid Commercial Miscellaneous Petition No. 479 OF 2024 pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay titled "Rajat Kumar v. Shivshankar Gupta & Anr." i.e. the Meera Jadhav

2/2 39-COMMP-479-22.DOC abovementioned rectification proceedings, in accordance with the Interim Application filed under Order I Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on behalf of the company for this purpose. In light of the above, interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with.

Interim Applicatio is accordingly disposed of. COMMERCIAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION NO. 479 OF 2022 Stand over to 10 th March 2026.
