This Interim Application seeks condonation of delay of 62 days in filing the Interim Application for restoration.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Controller does not wish to file an affidavit-in-reply.

Having due regard to the averments made in the Interim Application, I am satisfied that the delay has been sufficiently explained. Furthermore, in my view, the substantive cause of justice would require the delay to be condoned and the Petition to be heard on merits.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"a) That by an appropriate Order of this Hon'ble Court condone the delay of 62 days (as on 10.12 .2025) in filing the Interim Application for Restoration;" Vaibhav
