It is observed that although substituted service in respect of the Defendant No.1(b) has been sought, however, as stated in paragraph 3, the packet of Defendant No.1(b) has only been dispatched and there is no information about the service or non-service of the packet to the Defendant No.1(b). Inn my view, therefore, the Application for substituted service in respect of the Defendant No.1(b) appears to be premature.
