Ms. Parikh, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiff in the Suit and for the Respondent-MMTC Limited and submits that by order date 16th March, 2026, the NCLAT has reserved the judgment on the challenge to the scheme and that this Court may suitably adjourn the matter. Ms. Parikh submits that the reply to the interim Application also been filed but no rejoinder has been filed.

Mr. Dwarkadas, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the rejoinder will be filed within a period of two weeks.
