When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, Mr. Savant, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff, Mr. Dwarkadas, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Defendant No.1 and Mr. Kamat, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Defendant No.2 tender across the bar a draft minutes of order dated 24th March 2026 identified by the Advocates on record, submitting that the Suit may be disposed of in terms of the draft minutes of order. 3.
The draft minutes of order is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purposes of identification.

Having heard the learned Senior Counsel and the learned Counsel appearing in the matter, the following order is passed : (i) Suit is disposed of in terms of the draft minutes of order dated 24th March 2026 tendered today.
(ii) Court Receiver appointed earlier to stand discharged without passing of accounts, subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses to be borne by the Defendants No.1 and 2.
(iii) The Court Receiver's Report No. 280 of 2024 to accordingly stand discharged.
(iv) Refund of Court fees as per rules.
