Heard Ms. Risbud, learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner.

This is a post grant amendment Application. Copy of Grant is appended at Exhibit- "B", page No. 31. Present Interim Application No. 7845 of 2025 is filed by Apurva Manoj Asara who is the brother of the deceased. Ms. Risbud would submit that the Letters of Administration were granted to the Applicant on 08.03.2024. She would submit that amendment is sought to clause 3 to Schedule-I of Testamentary Petition No. 2709 of 2023.

I have perused the Application. There can be no impediment in allowing the post grant amendment Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c) only. For other prayers Petitioner is at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings as available to Petitioner in law. This Court sitting in its Testamentary Jurisdiction cannot grant those reliefs. 5.

The original Grant shall be handed over to Department within one week from today alongwith server copy of this order. Once original Grant is given to Department, Department shall carry out the concerned amendment as per Schedule which is also noted by this Court in the order and give the copy of fresh Grant to Applicant within a period of two weeks thereafter positively.

Department will allow the necessary amendment to be carried out in the original Petition within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 7.

For no reason issuance of fresh Grant shall be delayed. However it shall be subject to all due compliances and removal of office objections.

With the above directions, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
