Interim Application No.7892 of 2025 is taken out for restoring the Arbitration Petition (L) No.34310 of 2024, which was dismissed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master on account of non-removal of the office objections, within the stipulated time, upon the objections being notified. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application, which proceed to state that the objections could not be removed within the stipulated time, on account of inadvertence and negligence on part of the clerk of the Advocate, who was assigned the said work and as a result of

Being satisfied with the bonafides of the reasons cited, Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) by condoning the delay of 141 days in taking out the Application.

This shall however, be subject to the cost of Rs.Ten Thousand only (Rs.10,000/-) to be paid to Kirtikar Law Library within a period of two weeks from today The office objections are also permitted to be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

It is only upon the removal of the office objections, the Petition shall stand restored to the file.
