Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Advocate is not permitted to remove the office objections on the ground that the main objections regarding limitation needs to be cleared.

By order dated 5th December 2025 this court has restored the arbitration petition on a condition of removing office objections within two weeks which expires on 19th December 2025.

I have perused the praecipe for production. In view of the statement made in the praecipe the concerned officer to whom the matter is assigned for removal of office objections shall verify the grievance made in the praecipe and take corrective measures and permit the Advocate for the petitioner to remove all the office objections. 6.

Time to remove office objections is extended by six weeks.
