For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under:- "(a):- That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow this Interim Application and the name of Ms. Persis R.Kavina be brought on record as the legal heir of the deceased Defendant No.1 - Gool Nadodwalla in the interest of justice and the cause title of the Suit be accordingly amended;

(b):- That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay, if any, in filing this Interim Application for bringing the legal heir of the deceased Defendant No.1."
