The Petitioner in person, despite having declined permission to appear in person by the Committee of the learned Registrars, is granted an opportunity to address us. She desires that the order dated 25.11.2025 be modified. When called upon as to whether she had complied with the direction issued to her in paragraph 6(e) of the said order, since she does not have printout of the tracking report obtained from the India Post Website to indicate that she has served the order of Talwalkar

We suggested an early date for hearing in February, 2026. The Petitioner in person submits that she has a personal difficulty in February 2026 and 13th March, 2026 could be comfortable to her. 3.
