Heard Mr. Kenjalkar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Interim Application is filed in Suit seeking amendment to the address in the cause-title of Defendant No.2. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of Application, Interim Application deserves to be allowed. Interim Application is so allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- "a) The Plaintiff may be permitted to change the address of the Defendant no. 2 from the Plaint in the Suit No. 205 of 2025 and Interim Application No. 5064 of 2025 to current address as stated in the Schedule Exhibit "A".

b) The Plaintiff may be permitted to delete strike-off the earlier

Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out as per Schedule - A in cause-title of suit proceedings and Interim Application as well within a period of one week from today. Reverification stands dispensed with.

Plaintiff shall serve Defendants on new address. 7.

With the above directions, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
