The present Interim Application seeks withdrawal of the amounts that were deposited with this Court pursuant to an order dated 17th March 2005 passed in Guardianship Petition No. 3 of 2005. 2.

The minor viz., Abhishek Mhashilkar is stated to have since attained majority, since he was 12 years of age at the time when the order dated 17th March 2005 was passed. The original Petitioner in the Guardianship Petition viz., his grandfather is also stated to have since passed away on 4th November 2013. The amount that was deposited is now stated to ------------------------------------- Order dated 10th April 2026

18. IA 8017.2025 Abhishek Mhashilkar vs. Ankush Mhashilkar be Rs.2,88,163/- (as per certificate of balance dated 14th July 2025). 3.

Considering this, I am of the view that the Interim Application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and accordingly the Registry shall permit release of the said amount in favour of the Petitioner upon compliance with all requirements as per rules. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order with no order as to costs.
