This Interim Application is filed by the applicant (original plaintiff) to make Official Liquidator of original defendant No.1 as party to the Suit, since defendant No.1 -Company has been liquidated by order dated 4 December 2014.

The copy of the present IA was served on official liquidator on 24 March 2026. However, there is no appearance today on behalf of the Official liquidator.

In view of above, the present Interim Application for amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment as per schedule and consequential amendments to be carried out within four weeks from today and the amended copy will be served on the Official Liquidator.
