Mr. Balsara, the learned counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that Applicant is willing to pay the fees of the learned Arbitrator as provided under Schedule IV of the Bombay High Court (Fee Payable to Arbitrator) Rules, 2018 (the Rules). He submits that a request would be made to the learned Arbitrator to modify the order dated 30 October 2025 especially with regard to direction for initial deposit of fees for the purpose of bringing the same in tune with the Schedule IV of the Rules. Subject to the liberty of moving the learned Arbitrator as observed above, he prays for leave of the Court to withdraw the Interim Application. Reserving the liberty to the Applicant to move the learned Arbitrator, the Interim Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of.
