Pursuant to the last order dated 20th January 2026, the Applicant has filed an additional Affidavit dated 27th January 2026 placing certain facts on record. However, on perusal of this additional Affidavit, it is revealed that the consent Affidavits of the other heirs of the deceased father are not annexed therewith.

Ms. Lisa Das, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicant seeks indulgence to file a further Affidavit with these consent Affidavits.
