Pursuant to the last order, the Applicant has filed the Consent Affidavits of (i) Mr. Jaydeep Jadhav, brother of the Applicant dated 29th January 2026, (ii) Mrs. Jayshree Jadhav, mother of the Applicant dated 29th January 2026, and (iii) Ms. Jyoti Jadhav, sister of the Applicant dated 29th January ------------------------------------- Order dated 2nd February 2026

These Affidavits are in addition to the Affidavit of the Applicant dated 27th January 2026, in which the Applicant has categorically deposed that he has been residing with the subject person, along with his father, the original Petitioner, ever since he was born in 1992 and he continues to reside in the same premises with the subject person, his mother, wife, two children, and his younger brother.

The said Affidavit also clarifies that his sister, Ms. Jyoti Jadhav, has shifted to her matrimonial residence after she got married on 8th February 2019.

Considering these Affidavits and the contents of the present Interim Application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a), (b) and (c).
