This is an Application filed seeking amendment to the Testamentary Petition. Schedule of amendment is appended at page No. 18. I have perused the Application. There can be no impediment in allowing the Interim Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.
Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification stands dispensed with.

Department will allow the necessary amendment to be carried out in the original Petition within a period of two weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 7.
