Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 14th November, 2025 by which two weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which the Petition to stand dismissed.

Learned counsel appearing for Applicant submits that the delay in removal of office objections was caused due to genuine difficulty faced by the Advocate-on-record. He would submit that in fact, some of the office objections were removed and thereafter, the fresh office objections were raised by the office.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the conditional Sairaj 1 of

12 IA-8162-2025.doc order of 14th November, 2025 dismissing the Petition for non-removal of office objections within period of two weeks is recalled. 4.

Arbitration Petition is restored to file.

List the Arbitration Petition on 12th February, 2026. 6.

To be listed along with Arbitration Petition No. 500 of 2025 and Arbitration Petition No. 492 of 2025.
