By an order dated 12th January 2026, this Court allowed the present Interim Application and permitted the Applicant to amend the plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed to the present Interim Application and implead Plaintiff Nos. 1A, 1B and 1C as the Legal Heirs and Representatives of the deceased Plaintiff No.1. This amendment was directed to be carried out on or before 19th January 2026.

Mr. Vyas, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicants seeks some more time to carry out the Amendment since he states that Plaintiff No.1B and 1C do not reside in the City/Country and are required to give a Power of Attorney in favour of any of the Plaintiffs to reverify the plaint on their behalf.

Accordingly, time to carry out the Amendment and reverification is hereby extended till 17th February 2026. 4.
The amended plaint shall thereafter be served on all the Defendants on or before 24th February 2026.
