Heard Mr. Bhatia, learned Advocate for Plaintiff and Ms. Shah, learned Advocate for Defendant Nos.3 to 6. 2.

In view of the directions contained in the order dated 21.01.2026, Ms. Shah, learned Advocate appears today for Defendant Nos.3 and 6 and inform the Court that parties have reconciled the issue and invite order from the Court. She would submit that first tranche of payment shall be paid over to Applicant by Wednesday i.e. 03rd February 2026 in view of the intervening holidays.

Next she would submit that since the Caveat is pending, the same will have to be withdrawn pursuant to which the second tranche of payment will be paid, but the said Caveat is filed in a proceeding pertaining to the year 2000 which is before the roster of another Court (Coram: Farhan P. Dubash, J.).

Both the learned Advocates inform the Court that they shall file appropriate Minutes of order therein to take appropriate orders from the Court for release of the second tranche also. 5.

Once the aforesaid transfer takes place, liberty to the parties to apply to the Court forthwith thereafter otherwise list the Application on Board on 13th February 2026. To be placed under the caption 'For passing orders'.

The original Affidavit / Indemnify dated 30.01.2026 has been handed over by Applicant to Defendant No.6 in Court before me. 7.
