Mr. Priyansh Jain, learned Commissioner appointed by this Court vide order dated 13th March, 2026 has tendered across the bar his report dated 18th March, 2026, where it has been recorded that the possession of the subject property viz. land admeasuring 4,760.08 square yards i.e. 3,980 square meters being Survey No. 313-A Hissa No.1, Survey No. 314-C and bearing corresponding CTS No. C/1651 (admeasuring 3578.6 square meters) and CTS No. C/1654(admeasuring 402.08 square meters) at Bandra, had been taken over and has been handed over to the Applicant on 14th March, 2026 and that the possession receipt is at page 27 of the report. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Execution Application may be accordingly disposed. 3.

The report dated 18th March, 2026 is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purposes of identification. 4.

The execution proceedings stand disposed as above. 5.

The costs of the Commissioner, Advocate Mr. Priyansh Jain are quantified at Rs. 50,000/- to be paid by the Applicant within a period of two weeks.
