The only grievance raised in this Petition is that the Petitioner had tendered a valid B-Form declaring her candidature as being supported by the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) Party. The symbol to be allotted is 'Mashal' (commonly termed in English as "lighting torch").

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State Election Commission submits, on instructions from Mr. K. Gauri Gaekwad

3.WP-6-2026.odt Suryakrishnamurty, Deputy Secretary, State Election Commission, Maharashtra, that if the Petitioner's B-Form is found to be in order, she would be allotted the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) Party symbol by tomorrow, i.e., 3rd January, 2026. If not, no relief could be granted.

In view of the above statement, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Petition may be disposed off as withdrawn, on request.

Therefore, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
