By this writ petition the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Malhar ' scheduled tribe which is pending with the respondent No.5 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee since 14.07.2025, so also challenging the communication dated 26.12.2025 by which the respondent Nos.3 and 4 have proposed to cancel the allotment of flat in favour of the petitioner on the ground of non-submission of tribe validity certificate in terms of allotment letter.

Considering the same, we direct the respondent No.5 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today. Till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided, respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall maintain status quo as regard the flat allotted in favour of the petitioner. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
