This Petition seeks directions to the Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within stipulated period. 2.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions submitted that the Respondent No.2-the Scrutiny Committee would decide the Petitioner's claim within a time frame of three months from today.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, the Petition stands disposed of. 4.

No coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner until the decision on her caste claim is delivered by the Respondent No.2-Caste Scrutiny Committee.
