The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2/Committee. In the meanwhile, petitioner had received a communication dated 23.10.2025 asking him to submit validity certificate within a period of six months. Petitioner apprehends termination of his service as his tribe claim is not yet decided by the Committee.

Respondent No. 2 shall decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Till the committee decides tribe claim of the petitioner, no Bhagyawant Punde
